- The BALAJCZA Discount Voucher authorises its holder to receive a discount for written and sworn translations, interpreting services or language courses provided by BALAJCZA. The value of the Voucher is stated net of tax.
- The BALAJCZA Discount Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions.
- The BALAJCZA Discount Voucher shall not be exchangeable. It may not be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. If the holder fails to use the Voucher in whole during the period of its validity, the remaining amount shall not be reimbursed by BALAJCZA.
- The value of the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher may not exceed the % indicated on the Voucher of the net value of the given order. Net value of the order will be calculated based on the basic list price for the clients of BALAJCZA, without any discounts.
- If the value of the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher to be used is lower than the value for which it was issued, the unused amount shall not be reimbursed by BALAJCZA and may not be used for the subsequent order.
- The recipient of the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher, will be obliged to pay for the remaining value of the service.
- The recipient of the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher shall have the right to use it exclusively within the period specified on the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher document.
- The failure to use the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher within the period specified in the contents of the document shall be tantamount to the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher losing its validity and shall not constitute the basis for its holder bringing any claims against BALAJCZA in this respect.
- The BALAJCZA Discount Voucher may only be used by the person who received it or drew it, both for business and private purposes. It is forbidden to resell the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher to a third party. In justified cases, when the use of the BALAJCZA Discount Voucher by its holder is not possible, the holder may transfer it to a third party only but with the consent of BALAJCZA.
